Our goals are created based on many different factors including;
knowing what we need to do to get the business in the door, employee feedback received from the employee survey, employee
council, our safety accident history, as well as guest and client feedback received from trip advisor, secret shoppers, comment
cards, ect. These four goals will be the focus of 2012. We will strive to promote and
emphasize the importance of each through improvements to old policies, procedures and programs as well as the implementation
of new programs, policies and procedures. We recognize the hard work and dedication you have and
